1. Your account

   In order to process your application to open an account, you acknowledge (and understand that we rely on such confirmations) the following:
   1. You are 18 years of age or older, of sound mind and capable of being responsible for your actions, and able to enter into a legally binding agreement with us;
   2. You agree to provide us with accurate registration information, including your exact date of birth and country of residence. You agree to notify us of any changes to this information;
   3. You are the person whose information is provided in connection with the registration, or, in the case of a legal entity, You are an authorized representative with full rights of the relevant legal entity;
   4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent on behalf of a third party;
   5. You are not an unrecovered bankrupt and are not in a settlement agreement with creditors;
   6. You do not reside in the United States of America, Turkey or any other country with a similar legal status; and
   7. You are not currently self-excluding the Si14Bet account and you are not registered in a national self-exclusion system (such as GAMSTOP), which allows you to be excluded from games.
   8. You will, upon our request (which may be made at any time before or after you open a Si14Bet account), promptly provide any documentation or information we request to prove your identity, age, address, country of birth or right to use certain credit or debit card (and you agree that we may verify any such documentation or information).
2. It is your responsibility to keep the contact information in your Si14Bet account up to date. Otherwise, you may not receive important notices and account information from Si14Bet. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account. In particular, you agree to keep your username, password confidential, and you are responsible for any misuse of your password. Please note that when creating an account, you can use your email address or username to log in/identify your account. This may reduce the security of your account as your email address may be more accessible and it may be easier for third parties to access your account. Provided that correct account information is provided to us, we assume that offers and payouts are made by you personally. You must change your password regularly and never disclose it to third parties. You undertake to protect your username and password data in the same way as you do with your bank cards, and if this condition is not met, you are responsible personally and at your own expense. If another person gains access to your account, you are solely responsible for all of their actions, whether or not such access was approved by you, and you hereby indemnify us for all losses, claims, costs and damages arising in connection with the use of your account or access to it by third parties. You will not attempt to sell or otherwise transfer rewards from your account to any third party, nor will you acquire or attempt to acquire an account held in the name of a third party. 3. Multiple Accounts

   Customers who have multiple Si14Bet accounts must choose one account to use on all Si14Bet products and notify Si14Bet Support.

4. Making a deposit and withdrawing funds

   In order to bet or play real money games on Si14Bet, you need to deposit funds.
5. This structure complies with the requirements of the Gambling Commission for the protection of user funds of the level: "high" . Your funds will not be held by the Principal if: (i) the specific requirements of any license require such funds to be held in a separate bank account in the name of the licensee that is not designated for offsetting; or (ii) in cases where these funds are placed using a third-party payment institution (hereinafter referred to as the "Payment Institution"). Placing funds with the help of the Payment organization on the account of the Principal in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement may take several days. Throughout this period, the funds will be held in the account of the relevant Payment Institution and will not be subject to the terms of the Trust Deed. Any method other than the following will be considered a deposit using a third party PI: Funds in your account are held on your behalf as security for payment obligations that may arise from placing bets or playing on our site or using any product or service provided by Si14Bet.    1. all funds deposited into your account are not related to illegal activities and, in particular, are not obtained as a result of illegal activities or from an illegal source; and
   2. all payouts made from your account are approved by you and you will not attempt to recover a payout made from your account or take any action that would require the reimbursement of this payout by a third party in order to avoid legal liability.
6. These verifications are a mandatory process and ensure the safety of our clients when withdrawing funds. For all customers: ID verification is triggered before when a customer makes a first deposit . You accept the condition that you acknowledge that you will not treat Si14Bet as a financial institution. Deposit methods can be found by logging into your Si14Bet account and then clicking the "Deposit" button in the top right corner of the homepage. Withdrawal options can be found after logging into your Si14Bet account by clicking on the "My Account" icon. Then (a) FOR MOBILE, click on the "Withdraw" button and select the payment method you would like to use to withdraw funds, and (b) FOR DESKTOP, select "My Si14Bet Account" from the drop-down menu, where the option " Bring out". Clients can withdraw any amount from their "main wallet".

7. Confidentiality

   The information you send to us will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy . You grant us the right, at any time, to use any means we deem necessary to verify your identity and creditworthiness using information from third parties. You agree that we may, from time to time, use your name, city name and/or image in advertising and/or our promotional materials. We do this if you have won a large sum of money in one of our products, and we will definitely contact you before using your data and/or images.

8. Disclaimer

   You understand that Si14Bet and its affiliates will store information relating to your identity, including your name, address and payment information. You agree that we rely on this information when concluding a contract with you and you are personally responsible if you provide us with incorrect or inaccurate information.

9. Errors and omissions

   You will promptly notify us of any errors in your account and you will have forfeited any amounts shown in your account as a result of human error or technical failure.

10. Freezing or closing

    Both you and we may freeze or close your account at any time with or without cause, but with notice (we will endeavor to ensure that you receive notice either before or after your account is frozen or closed). If you wish to close your account, please contact Si14Bet Support. We have the right to block your ability to place bets and/or use the site (or any part of it) if it is determined that you are located in a certain territory, such as the United States of America. After your account is frozen or closed, the Principal will return the funds from the account to you in the standard manner. For refunds of amounts held in frozen or closed accounts, please contact Si14Bet Support. However, we may notify the Principal of the need to withhold funds in your account pending the outcome of an investigation (including any applicable external investigation) if:
    1. we suspect that you have acted in violation of our Terms and Conditions or any other agreement relating to your activities on our site, including where we suspect that your account has been linked to fraudulent or dishonest activity; and/or
    2. we must notify the Principal of the need to withhold funds in your account in accordance with the law or in response to any recommendation, request or instruction from a government, regulatory or executive body.
11. In addition, upon receipt of an official request from the police, gaming regulators, tax authorities or other authorities, or if you are unable to provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity in accordance with our internal procedures or procedures prescribed to us by regulatory authorities, we may freeze your account and all functions relating to the use of your account (for example, bet management and withdrawal of funds) and notify the Trustee to hold funds in your account pending the outcome of a criminal or other legal proceeding or investigation to which such the request may relate to, or up to the provision by you of the necessary information confirming that you are our client and are of legal age,depending on the circumstances. Following any such investigation as described in the previous two paragraphs, we reserve the right to withhold some or all of the funds in your account for an indefinite period (with notice to the Principal that the funds in his account are to be transferred to us) in which we are legally entitled to do so. We will dispose of such funds received in accordance with any recommendation, request or instruction from a governmental, regulatory or executive body. For the avoidance of doubt, no odds will accrue on funds in your account during such a period.

12. Safer gambling

    8.1 General

    8.1.1 Si14Bet is committed to providing its customers with a responsible gaming experience. The Si14Bet Safer Gambling policy includes:

14. 8.2 Self-exclusion

    8.2.1 Si14Bet accountSi14Bet provides a self-exclusion feature to help you if you feel you need to be controlled. If you request a self-exclusion, we will make every effort to limit the use of your account indefinitely, as soon as possible. To this end, we may retain such required personal data (and for as long as necessary, including indefinitely) to implement this function as efficiently as possible (including, for example, your name, address and credit/debit card information). During the self-exclusion period, we will take reasonable steps to prevent you from re-opening your account or opening a new account, but you must not attempt to re-open your account or attempt to open new accounts. You acknowledge that you will not use any other Si14Bet account to use our services or products that are subject to the self-exclusion feature you have set up during the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion from Si14Bet products will not affect your marketing preferences for third party products, including advertising websites or any third party affiliates.     9. Suspicious Bets

    We may reasonably and as the case may be:

    9.2.1. ask you for additional information that we may reasonably need to determine whether bets are suspicious, as described in clause 9.1;
    9.2.2. withhold or withhold payment of any amounts (or any portion thereof) while we are awaiting sufficient evidence from you to enable us to determine (acting reasonably) that the bet is not suspicious as defined in clause 9.1.     9.2.4. void a bet or chain of related bets (including, for example, multiple bets) before the start of the event. Where possible, we will notify you in advance that bets have been voided prior to the start of the (first) event on which bets were placed;
    9.2.5. calculate winnings based on the starting price of the events on which bets have been placed. If possible, we will notify you in advance that all bets will be settled at the starting price;
    9.2.6. if there is an excessive frequency and/or unusual betting pattern for the same selections, and if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the bets are related, limit the payout of winnings on those bets (and, if necessary, apply this restriction to several accounts) up to the maximum payout on individual bets on any particular market or markets as set out in the Sportsbook rules and regulations.
    9.3. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have been involved in any suspicious betting activity or have been associated with suspicious betting of any kind, we will make every reasonable effort to investigate such a situation, including, but not limited to, using various methods detection of conspiracies, suspicious bets, fraud and dishonest games that are used in the gambling industry.
    9.4. We reserve the right to terminate an account if we have reasonable grounds to suspect any of the activity described in clause 9.1 is applicable to that account.
    9.5. If a bet is deemed void by us or declared void prior to the start of the event, any amount deducted from your account in connection with that bet will be credited to your account.
    9.6. We reserve the right to recover from you any losses incurred by us that are directly or indirectly related to any of the activities described in clause 9.1. This right does not limit any other rights (including common law) that we may exercise against you, whether in accordance with these terms of use or otherwise.
    9.7. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damages that you or any other person may suffer as a result of collusive or other conduct that violates this paragraph 9. In addition, we reserve the right, but without obligation, to accept any other measures in the event of any action provided for in paragraph 9.
    9.8. In exercising any of our rights under this clause 9, we ensure that we exercise such rights fairly to you and to our customers as a whole. If you have any comments or questions regarding paragraph 9, please contact us.

16. Transfer of rights

    You may not assign these Terms and Conditions to third parties. Si14Bet may transfer or update some or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to a third party at any time. In the event of a transfer by Si14Bet, we will notify you of the changes and, if you do not agree to them, you will no longer be able to use our services, but you will always be able to withdraw your funds in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

17. Severability

    In the event that any clause of these Terms and Conditions is held by an authoritative authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant clause will be amended to be in force in accordance with the idea of the original text to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of these Terms and Conditions. Any clause of these Terms and Conditions held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction will not apply in that particular jurisdiction without affecting the validity, legality or enforceability of that clause in other jurisdictions.

18. Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, both you and we agree to follow the procedure described in the Dispute Resolution Policy, subject to change.

19. Changes

    We reserve the right to make minor changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we wish to make material changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will notify you as soon as practicable of such changes and you will in any case be informed of the material changes before they become effective. You will be notified of material changes via a pop-up notification on the website and/or mobile application when you log into your account. Upon notification of the changes, you will be asked to "Accept" them in order to continue using our services. Your continued use of our Services after you have been notified of material changes and acknowledged acceptance will be deemed acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the material changes, you will no longer be able to use our services,

20. Messages and notifications

    The communications and notices you send must be in the specific form described in the Contact Us section .

21. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

    1. these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao;
    2. by accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the location determined by Si14Bet in its sole discretion in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions;
    3. nothing in this paragraph shall prevent Si14Bet from applying to the courts of any jurisdiction any provisional or injunctive relief available in the courts of that jurisdiction; and
    4. rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions are not governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and/or locally applicable law, the application of which is expressly excluded.

22. English version

    These Terms and Conditions are provided in various languages ​​other than English for translation purposes only. In the event of discrepancies between the English text and any translated text, the version most beneficial to the customer shall prevail.

Section 1: Bets - General Conditions

• occasionally (such bets make up a small proportion of the total gaming activity on the Platform) in one of the two following cases:
  • in a less liquid market to increase "liquidity" and encourage market activity (liquidity is the amount of money you can use to place bets on each selection). We may provide these terms in ancillary markets (particularly when a market becomes available for the first time) or markets for less popular events. The point of providing such liquidity is to increase the number of betting offers for our clients; and
  • in reducing the liability of the Si14Bet group in the event of a certain outcome. We may place bets on a popular event for an outcome on which our bookmaker is incurring large losses. You can perform transactions with bets in the following ways:

1. on our website ("Site Service");
2. by mobile application Si14Bet ("Mobile Si14Bet app");
3. using applications for the interface ("API").

Terms related to your use of the services

1. License to use our site

   Si14Bet grants you a limited license to access our site, provided you comply with the terms of this Agreement. The availability of our site does not constitute an offer or invitation by Si14Bet to use this site in any jurisdiction where its use is legal. Your use of our site or any data feeds provided does not give you any rights to the content and related intellectual property contained on our site or other such data feeds. You agree not to monitor, use or copy our web pages and content on our site, including but not limited to pricing data. You will not attempt to hack, make unauthorized changes or introduce any malicious code into this site. You will not (a) reverse engineer or decompile (in whole or in part) the software available from our site; and will not (b) copy, modify, reproduce, transmit, modify or distribute any or all parts of this site or other material or information contained therein.

2. Use of our services

   You understand that you may lose money when placing bets and you accept that you are solely responsible for such losses. You accept the fact that under no circumstances will the amounts you lose on any bets be returned to you. You must certify that, according to the jurisdiction of your country of permanent or temporary residence and/or residence, you are permitted to place bets with us, and you agree that you will not place bets with us while you are in a jurisdiction where betting on Si14Bet is prohibited. In particular, you will not place bets or attempt to place bets on Si14Bet if you reside in the United States of America, Turkey or any other country with a similar legal status. Si14Bet may designate these countries as such from time to time. You agree to use our services only for legitimate betting purposes. In particular, you agree not to
   1. engage in any activity that has the purpose or effect of harming or interfering with monetary transactions or creating or extending our liability, including but not limited to liability to tax or commission collection authorities;
   2. place bets or manipulate individual gaming Markets with the alleged purpose or intent to adversely affect the integrity of the Platform or the Market;
   3. transmit information that may facilitate the placement of bets on sports events or competitions from any territory where it is not illegal; and/or
   4. acquire or otherwise arrange for third parties, directly or indirectly, the transfer of information that may facilitate the placement of bets on sports events or competitions from any territory where this is not illegal.

3. your behavior

   You will not attempt to use the Platform to intentionally transfer money from one Si14Bet account to another by matching bets on the Market with another account through collusion. You will promptly notify us of any calculation errors in relation to betting transactions. We reserve the right to void any bets that result from such an error. You will not hide or misrepresent the IP address of the computer you are using to access our site, or take any other action that prevents us from correctly determining the actual IP address of the computer you are using to access the site. You agree that you are responsible for self-reporting of any taxes or fees imposed on you as a result of your betting transactions. You will not make offensive comments, use offensive or pornographic material, or make potentially defamatory or provocative statements in the forums or any other part of our site, including those contained in your username and other information posted on our site.

4. Confidentiality

   Any information sent to us will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy . You grant us the right, at any time, to use any means we deem necessary to verify your identity and creditworthiness using information from third parties. You warrant to us our sole responsibility in relation to the distribution of any personal (or other) data in accordance with this agreement.

Conditions related to rates

5. How our services work

   You are responsible for understanding the content of our site and the operation of our services, and we reserve the right to change the format of the services to improve those services. We determine when markets are open for betting and may close markets at any time at our sole discretion. While we always do our best to settle markets as soon as possible, we make no guarantees as to when markets will settle. You are solely responsible for the information you provide to us relating to the offers you place. We will not check the reasonableness of the offers you place. We are not responsible for any data entered incorrectly by you, including errors in the entry of odds, prices or rates on the offer, or incorrect rates requests received from you by the Si14Bet telephone operator. If the Si14Bet telephone operator repeats your bet request incorrectly, it is your responsibility to correct the request and inform the Si14Bet telephone operator of the error. Si14Bet may, in its sole discretion, decide to suspend the acceptance of bets on the Market at any time (even if such suspension occurs earlier than provided by our Betting rules and Regulations . In order to maintain the integrity and fairness of the Markets, Si14Bet may also void certain bets on the market or the Market as a whole. Please be aware that some customers use programs designed specifically to place bets automatically according to certain parameters (for example, to place back or lay bets at certain odds). These programs are called "bots". These bots may be active in all or some of the markets at any time and you should not assume that you can place bets in relatively calm markets that will not be automatically matched just because the market appears to be relatively calm. In addition, users using bots should be aware that bots can be used by other users for their own benefit. Users of these programs do so at their own risk. For regulatory reasons, your session may time out due to account inactivity for a certain amount of time. You acknowledge that you are responsible for logging out for this reason.

6. Cancellation, closure, freezing and violation

   We may restrict your access to Si14Bet, freeze or close your account, withdraw your betting offers, void any bets open to your account, cancel any unmatched bets or cancel and void any open or matched bets in our sole discretion without explanation. reasons at any time, including in situations where:
   1. there is a technical problem;
   2. we suspect that you are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity;
   3. we suspect that you have violated (or may have violated) any part of this Agreement;
   4. we suspect that you are colluding with other players to take advantage of the promotion in a fraudulent way, and/or by participating in the promotion you were able to secure winnings and/or profits without risk or with minimal risk;
   5. We suspect that your "Market Data" ("Market Data" includes market odds, trading volumes and market depth) may be used for "business purposes" ("Business Purposes" includes any use of our data by a bookmaker or use a person or organization providing data or services for a bookmaker);
   6. We have the right to take these actions in accordance with our Platform Terms .
   7. You are prohibited from betting under the terms of your employment contract or any regulation of a sports regulatory body or other professional body whose decisions apply to you; or
   8. You place a bet on any sporting competition or event in which you take part (or in which a group of which you are a member or in which you are involved participates).
7. In respect of any canceled or canceled bets, we reserve the right to notify the Trustee that the payment of all funds related to these bets from your account is carried out in accordance with the Trust Deed or, if there are insufficient funds in your account, to demand from you the payment of the appropriate amount associated with these bets.

8. Underage play

   If we are made aware that you are or were under 18 years of age ("minor") when making betting transactions on our site:
   1. we will immediately block your ability to carry out betting and withdrawal operations, as well as use your account;
   2. we will investigate a claim that you are or were a minor, including whether you placed bets as an agent on the instructions or on behalf of another person;
   3. if it turns out that you are or have been a minor, we will request the trustee to pay us all winnings that have been accumulated and remain in your account or are to be sent to your account, in accordance with the trust agreement; and
   4. You must pay Si14Bet on demand for any winnings from bets placed while underage.

9. Cancellation of bid

   You can cancel unmatched bets at any time in one of the following ways:
   1. by requesting the cancellation of a bet in the relevant section of a particular market on our website; or
   2. by informing the Si14Bet telephone operator of your desire to cancel the relevant bet on your behalf.
10. Your unmatched bet will be canceled as soon as you receive confirmation from us that the bet has been canceled. In the event that a request to cancel a bet is not received and processed in due time, you must understand that your bet offer remains open and may be accepted. You cannot cancel your bet if it has partially matched, or been fully accepted, between the time your request to cancel your bet is made and the time your bet is confirmed to be canceled. In such a case, your original offer for a bet or part of it is accepted and the bet is placed. When you change an unmatched bet, you thereby cancel it and place a new bet, at a new odds or for a different amount. We will cancel any unmatched bets at market close.

11. Minimum and maximum bet size

    The minimum bet rule applies depending on the product or market type you are betting on and the currency you are betting in. The minimum bid amount may vary depending on whether you are using our website or a telephone operator's bidding service. You cannot place bets below the set minimum. Attempts to place a bet below the minimum amount may result in permanent closure of your account. Your betting limit is the lower of: (i) the amount of your "Available to Bet" balance in your account and (ii) the amount of your "Potential Losses" (shown on the "Account Summary" tab in "My Account"). However, if a bet is processed or accepted for an amount that exceeds the applicable limit, that bet will still stand.

12. Rate calculation

    These General Conditions and any applicable Special Conditions shall apply to the settlement of Markets in accordance with our Betting rules and Regulations. We reserve the right to change the settlement of an event in the event of an incorrect market settlement. This may result in changes to your account in order to reflect changes in market settlement, and if there are insufficient funds in your account, we may require you to deposit funds into your account to pay off the balance of these changes. We will notify you if your account balance becomes negative (i.e. you owe money to Si14Bet) and if, upon notification, you:
    1. fail to deposit funds into the account within the reasonable time specified in the notice; or
    2. fail to make the required payments for your account in accordance with the repayment schedule agreed with Si14Bet; or
    3. inform Si14Bet that you do not wish to deposit funds into your account to pay off the debt, we reserve the right to freeze your account and/or take legal action to have you pay off the debt in full.
13. Any winnings or losses associated with your bets on this Market will be rounded to the nearest two decimal places. If the amount ends in 0.5, it will be rounded up.

14. Using rounding to your advantage

    You are prohibited from placing bets or attempting to place bets where Si14Bet's rounding to the nearest penny or cent is knowingly used for profit. Any such bets will be automatically canceled.

Terms related to us

15. Commission and payout structure

    We charge a commission based on your net winnings in the Market by 1$ from client profit. Therefore, when calculating the required commission fees, the amounts of bets on the Platform are not taken into account. These rates are not a reward for the Services provided by the Platform. In certain circumstances, you may be subject to additional fees. Refer to the "About us" section of the Si14Bet Fees document for details on commission and fee calculations. We reserve the right to change our policy as set out in the Si14Bet Commission document from time to time, subject to change. We will calculate the amounts you owe us and report them to the principal accordingly. All amounts of such debt will be rounded to two decimal places. If the amount ends in 0.5, it will be rounded up.

16. Cases beyond our reasonable control

    Without prejudice to our obligations contained in the various laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we are licensed, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from: an act of God; power outage; trade or labor dispute; action, inaction or violation by any government or authority; interruption or termination of telecommunications services; or any other delay or interruption caused by a third party or otherwise. In such an event, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend our services without incurring any liability.
17. We shall not be liable in any way for any malfunction of hardware or software, however caused, wherever such hardware or software may be located or operated by anyone, directly or indirectly, if such malfunction may interfere with the operation of our Services, interfere with the placement of offers for rates or rate matching or prevent you from contacting us. In particular, you should be aware that if you place a bet with the intention of placing a subsequent individual bet to reduce the obligation imposed on the initial bet, there is no guarantee that our services will be available at the time you wish to place a subsequent bet. We are not responsible for the inability of a third party to perform the services under our agreement.

18. Disclaimer

    You warrant that we, our partners, officers, directors, agents and employees will be solely responsible for liabilities, claims, damages or demands from a third party arising in breach of this agreement (including documents incorporated by reference) or in breach of any law. or rights of a third party. You understand that Si14Bet and its affiliates will store information relating to your identity, including your name, address and payment information. You agree that we rely on this information in entering into this Agreement, and you are solely responsible if you provide us with incorrect or inaccurate information.

19. Disclaimer

    We have excluded all representations and warranties, such as warranties of satisfactory quality and/or fitness for the intended purpose and/or accuracy and completeness of the services. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of the unauthorized use of your password or, in the case of using the phone betting service, as a result of the unauthorized use of your telephone number, nor shall we be liable as a result of such unauthorized use for fraudulent purposes or otherwise, manners. In no event shall any of our suppliers be liable for damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our liability under this Agreement or for breach of contract, tort, equity or any other right exceed your limit of potential damages as set out on your invoice. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of profits (whether direct or indirect) or betting advantages arising out of breach of contract, negligence, equitable duty (for the avoidance of doubt, including where we void bets or markets) or other obligations, even if we were advised or knew (or should have known) of the possibility of such damage or loss. Nothing in this Agreement excludes our liability with respect to human death and personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors.

20. Right of set-off

    We may at any time, without notice to you, request the trustee to take credit for any of your liability to us or to our clients, including (but not limited to) a Si14Bet account in your name or an account we believe you are in charge of:
    1. any funds held in another Si14Bet account in your name or in an account we believe you are in control of; and/or
    2. any obligation we believe you owe us under these Terms and Conditions, including (but not limited to) the Si14Bet Commission document .

21. Intellectual property

    Si14 B.V., part of the Si14Bet group of companies, owns:
    1. all copyrights and related rights in our site, including, without limitation, rights in databases and all rights in price data and related content on our site, excluding certain rights of third parties (see below);
    2. all trademark rights, whether registered or not, in the Si14Bet name and logo; and
    3. the domain name www.Si14.Bet (www.Silk88.Bet), which is our Uniform Resource Locator ("URL").
22. The following use of pricing data or any other data or content from our site or through the API, or any other Si14Bet data from any other source ("Si14Bet Data") is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Si14 B.V.:
    1. commercial use by any person, and/or
    2. any use for any purpose by a competitor of the Si14Bet group of companies, or an employee, contractor or agent of any such competitor (a "Restricted Person"), provided that the Restricted Person may bet.
23. Screen scraping, web scraping or any other automated or manual data collection by Si14Bet for commercial use by any person and/or any use by a Restricted Person is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of the above rights may result in prosecution or other action against you. You hereby assign to Si14 B.V. all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all media, whether known or hereafter developed, for the entire period of copyright, including the assignment of future copyrights and all other rights in any wagering offers or bets placed by you on our site. Any data licensed to Si14Bet and/or Si14 B.V. from a third party is provided for use on our site only and may not be used for any commercial purposes without the consent of such third parties.

Although some Information may be listed as being received "in real time" or such Information may be implied to be "in real time", you should be aware that these data may be transmitted with a delay. This information is provided "as is" and for reference only. General terms

26. Transfer of rights

    You may not assign rights or obligations under any part of this Agreement without the written permission of Si14Bet, but Si14Bet may at any time assign rights or obligations under any part of this Agreement or the Agreement as a whole to third parties. In the event of a transfer by Si14Bet, we will notify you of the changes and, if you do not agree to them, you will no longer be able to use our services, but you will always be able to withdraw your funds in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

27. Severability

    In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held by an authoritative authority to be unenforceable or invalid, the relevant provision will be amended to be in force in accordance with the idea of the original text to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of this Agreement.

28. Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, both you and we agree to follow the procedure described in the Dispute Resolution Policy, subject to change.

29. Changes

    We reserve the right to make minor changes to our website at any time, as well as to all guidelines and policies available on our website, including this Agreement. If we wish to make material changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will notify you as soon as practicable of such changes and you will in any case be informed of the material changes before they become effective. You will be notified of material changes via a pop-up notification on the website and/or mobile application when you log into your account. Upon notification of the changes, you will be asked to "Accept" them in order to continue using our services. 33. No Waiver

    The failure or delay by either party of exercising the rights set forth in this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of rights under the Agreement, and the partial or singular exercise of any of the express rights shall not prejudice the exercise of that or any other right.

34. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country specified in the "Applicable Law and Jurisdiction" section of the relevant Specific Terms applicable to your particular betting transaction.
